We had “Open House 2017” for two days at the end of last
month.
More than 200 customers came from all over Japan and East
Asia.
A lot of young people of ours came under the spotlight this year.
Presenter was Ms. H who just started working this April.
Technical presentation on our latest corrugator production control
system “iEM2”.
She was the first and only female engineer at ISOWA when
she joined us 10 years ago.
Ever since, she has been engaged in the development of
production control system as a pioneer of female engineer.
Technical presentation on our flagship printer "Ibis" featuring the latest technology that makes it possible to feed two sheets for each cylinder revolution and to double your productivity.
He has only been working here for one and half years, and
yet, has played a great role in making this new feature come true.
Here’s our “Doublebacker” team.
The freshman on the right who did a presentation on how
cost-effective our machine is and his mentor in his early 30’s on the left.
He, in his early 30's as well, has been working on our new singlefacer “CF60” which allows you to change roll cassettes very quickly without any human intervention.
Let me introduce some of the feedbacks I got from the customers.
“I was impressed with the atmosphere in which you’re all working vigorously.”
“The energy that your young generation has is just overwhelming.”
“You trust young
people with such challenging jobs, and they get motivated and meet your
expectation. I see a virtuous circle.”
“It’s amazing how the whole company is working towards the same direction.”
Thanks to those who came all the way.
We hope to see a lot more customers from abroad at the next Open House!
